LA Fashion Week Bows Out in Style at Art Hearts Fashion’s Runway Finale

For three nights, The New Mart was the heartbeat of LA Fashion Week. Powered by Art Hearts Fashion, its final runway proved that fashion speaks one universal language.
If the walls of The New Mart in DTLA could talk, they’d tell you LA Fashion Week doesn’t whisper, it roars. On Saturday, LAFW powered by Art Hearts Fashion closed its three-day downtown takeover from October 16–18 with an electric final show. LOOP dropped in to marvel at the plethora of designs while stilettos clicked like applause, the bass shook the floor, and the city’s most stylish gathered shoulder-to-shoulder for an unforgettable evening of fashion.
For three days, The New Mart was a playground for couture and creativity. Art Hearts Fashion has crawled around the globe, from London and Ecuador to Guatemala, and landed back in LA before its upcoming Shanghai showcase. The lineup for the final show assembled a world-spanning roster: Maribel JD, Sahar Shaeir Couture, Viator Felis, Richard Hallmarq, BFYNE, Giannina Azar, Mister Triple X, Venus Prototype, and Black Design Collective’s Upcycle Denim & Sustainability Project 2025.
As every collection graced the eyes of the crowd, it was like a sensory collision of worlds. One minute, ethereal wedding gowns by Sahar Shaeir sparkled under the lights. The next, models stormed the catwalk with whips and chains in Venus Prototype’s latex collection, shortly after childlike, Dr. Seuss–inspired looks by Maribel JD turned nostalgia into whimsical art. There wasn’t a single aesthetic of the night, it was every aesthetic colliding beautifully under one roof.
The crowd mirrored the runway’s diversity. Designers, stylists, and local tastemakers filled every seat, with a few familiar faces like Lamar Odom and Vanderpump Rules’ Peter Madrigal spotted among the flashes.
Between collections, pop-ups from Coca-Cola and Maison Perrier kept drinks flowing while guests admired art installations and browsed fashion and beauty products, such as BDB’s Brow Kits. The night’s energy was kept high by DJ sets soundtracking the intermissions with a pulse that kept the room buzzing. It wasn’t just a fashion show, this felt like stylish ecosystem where every corner was chic and camera-ready.
Celebrating its global reach by presenting their most international lineup yet, (read about their global NYFW takeover here), founder and president of Art Hearts Fashion, Erik Rosete, shared, “We’re proud to showcase how fashion truly unites cultures and communities around the world.”
That sense of connection defined the night. The crowd wasn’t just watching LAFW, they were part of it, reacting to every bold look, every strut, and every gasp-worthy reveal.

When the final denim-filled collection by the Black Design Collective wrapped and applause filled the air, the energy didn’t fade, it moved. Guests drifted to The Reserve in DTLA for the official Art Hearts Fashion after-party, where cocktails met post-show adrenaline, models and designers danced with industry insiders, and runway lights were replaced by club lights.
The night was like a celebration honoring all of this season’s featured designers in LAFW, which included: Alexis Monsanto, Amara, Coral Castillo, Cross Colours, David Tupaz, Desigual, George Styler, Glaudi, HIROMI ASAI, Idol Jose, Kentaro, Merlin Castell, Mestizo, MNM Couture, Pia Bolte, Raquelle Pedraza, SKFU, and more.
Three nights, dozens of designers, and one city vibrating with creativity. Art Hearts Fashion closed out LAFW with a reminder that fashion is truly a celebration of global connection.
