1. The FIFTH Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

If you’re not quite ready to leave the Disney bubble, but want to elevate it, this is the place to do it. The FIFTH offers photo-worthy views of the park’s nightly fireworks, but with a cocktail in hand and a crowd that skews more date night than family vacation, the whole experience feels a little more refined than anything your day at the park called for.

Still want that eccentric escapism, but just with better drinks? With a shipwreck narrative, theatrical interiors, and some of the most serious rum cocktails in the OC, Strong Water is a bar that almost rivals Disneyland itself. 5. Parkestry Rooftop Bar & Lounge

Perched atop the JW Marriott, Parkestry blends a polished atmosphere with just enough playful energy to keep the fun from ending too soon.
