RDEN Bar & Restaurant Launches Velvet Moon Jazz Series

Since opening its doors last fall, RDEN Bar & Restaurant—which is nestled within the historic Taft Building in Hollywood—has swiftly become one of the buzziest spots in Los Angeles. And this spring, the Hollywood and Vine hotspot is elevating its nightlife programming with the debut of Velvet Moon Jazz, a transformative partnership with GillesSignature.
Officially launching for four nights a week, begining Thursday, April 11, this collaboration marks a significant milestone in RDEN’s commitment to providing unparalleled dining and entertainment experiences, drawing inspiration from the timeless allure and sounds of old Hollywood.
Gilles Amsallem, a distinguished figure in the fashion and entertainment industries, brings his extensive expertise and visionary approach to RDEN through GillesSignature. With over 15 years of experience, Amsallem’s innovative spirit has propelled him to create unforgettable events globally, setting new standards for sophistication and luxury. Specializing in transforming Los Angeles venues into refined settings for exclusive gatherings, as well as redefining the city’s nightlife landscape with a decade of excellence, the partnership with RDEN promises to elevate the local scene, offering patrons an immersive journey into the golden age of Hollywood glamour.

Adorned with magnificent chandeliers and boasting a grand marble bar top, RDEN exudes an air of opulence and sophistication, where every detail reflects a commitment to elegance and sophistication. Under the visionary leadership of Owner & CEO Gaspar Petrosyan and the innovative team at Public Square LA Hospitality, RDEN has reimagined the historic Taft Building—which first opened in 1923—infusing it with a modern charm while preserving its storied past.
Situated amidst iconic landmarks such as the Pantages Theater and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, RDEN embodies the essence of Hollywood’s allure. Not to mention, the unparalleled panoramic views of Hollywood Boulevard serve as the perfect backdrop for Velvet Moon Jazz.

Velvet Moon Jazz represents the culmination of RDEN’s dedication to providing guests with an unparalleled fusion of exquisite cuisine, sophisticated ambiance, and world-class entertainment with artists such as Rhythm and Soul LA, Chris Norton, CJ Emmons, and Lyndsay and the All-Nighters.
Velvet Moon Jazz will take place at RDEN from Thursday through Sunday weekly from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m.. Guests will be able to order bites from the bar, where the menu will include Chef Tommy’s signature sushi rolls like the baked Lobster Roll, The Vine and the RDEN special, as well as specialty cocktails such as the Florecita, Walk of Fame and Beautiful GaRDEN, created by Tiffany Bell or choose to have a sit down dinner prior to the evening’s activations.
