“Even in the mass of white and cream hues, she stood out from the crowd”

LA Summer. . . there’s nothing like it. We have the best weather, top-notch fashion, and some of the best outdoor restaurants in the world. So, whether you’re a local or just visiting the coast on vacation, your July to-do list should include a stopover at the city’s hottest day parties by the beach, specifically in Malibu.

REVOLVE, along with The h.wood Group, put on the ‘it’ party of the month – arguably of the summer: ‘Red, White & Bootsy.’ This must-attend event took place at Nobu Malibu to celebrate the 4th of July. The star-studded guest list, including Michael B.Jordan, Leonardo Dicaprio, Dixie D’amelio, and Charlie D’amelio, and every influencer you can think of, was clad in white from head to toe. The sun shone and the waves crashed under the balcony as the elite crowd posed, drank, danced, and watched performances by Tyga & YG. With all that star power in one place, the fashion just had to be A-list. Ladies and gentlemen alike showed up and showed out – in a way that rivals Diddy’s Hamptons party – with micro minis, crop tops, linen suits, crochet separates, and barely-there dresses.

While there were dozens of a hits (and. . . I’ll be honest. . . a couple of misses), Loop’s Look of the Month goes to Joy Corrigan this July. The Founder and Creative Director of Naked Species wore the OffShore Crop Top and Skirt from the Camila Coelho Collection, available at REVOLVE. Even in the mass of white and cream hues, she stood out from the crowd. . . her features and figure helping, too. The look featured an asymmetrical skirt with tie, gold finishing, and crochet detailing, paired with a matching crop top. Joy layered this fit with a white bikini for just the right amount of coverage under the wide-knit crochet, paired it with tan platform block heels, and donned the Jacquemus Le Chiquito Noeud mini bag. She accessorized with simple bangles and a pearl necklace – pearls are back, in case you haven’t noticed. Not to mention, these items can be remixed and worn a few different ways. Her look was effortless, sexy, and chic; just the vibe we want to see when it comes to coastal cocktailing!
