National Caviar Day: Where To Indulge In Las Vegas

Ooh la la.…

Las Vegas is known for many things like its vibrant nightlife, dazzling casinos, and world-class entertainment.  But maybe most of all, Vegas is known for its indulgence – and what is more indulgent than caviar?

As National Caviar Day approaches (July 18), we’ve rouneded up some of the best Caviar-forward dishes across Caesars Entertainment‘s properties.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas

Global lifestyle icon Martha Stewart opened her first restaurant in Paris Las Vegas in August 2022. Guests can enjoy Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, a baked potato, smashed tableside and served with crème fraiche, chives and bacon lardons. Diners can upgrade their baked potato by topping it with Golden Osteria caviar – just like how Martha prefers it!

Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace

The Colors of Caviar is quite an exquisite dish and one of the signatures of the restaurant. The Colors of Caviar consist of layers – from the bottom up: Caviar Vinaigrette, Cream of Caviar, Puree of French string beans with Caviar, quenelle of Caviar, then topped with a smoked Sabayon.
