St. Patrick’s Day may have originated as a religious observation of the foremost patron saint of Ireland in the early 17th century, but the holiday has since evolved into one of the biggest party days of the year.

And whether you are Irish or night, March 17 always marks a good excuse to wear green and get your drink on. But this year, give the boring green beer the old “Irish Goodbye” and sip on something a little stronger.

From Irish Coffees to Green Tea infused drinks, check out these festive creative cocktails based with Teeling Small Batch Irish Batched Whiskey below.

Teeling Irish Iced Coffee

Sipping an iced Irish coffee on St. Patrick’s Day is like catching a leprechaun doing the cha-cha—refreshingly cool and most definitely unexpected. 


  • 2 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 2 oz Cold Brew
  • 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
  • Bar Spoon of Heavy Cream
  • Grated Nutmeg 

Method: Shake Teeling Whiskey, syrup, and cold brew over ice. Strain into a chilled mug filled with ice. Top with cream and garnish with grated nutmeg.

The Irish Maid

Where the zing of Irish whiskey and the sweetness of elderflower combine in a toast to luck, laughter, and a touch of mischievous charm!


  • 2 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz St. Germain
  • 2 Cucumber Slices

Method: Muddle cucumbers in tin, add all other ingredients. Shake and fine strain into a Rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Green Tea Taster

Cheers with a sip that’s bound to make you do the jig, embracing flavors of green tea, peach schnapps, and good old Irish Whiskey.


  • 1 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 1 oz Sours Mix
  • Lime Wedge

Method: Shake all ingredients over ice. Pour into a Rocks glass or strain into a small Shot glass and top with a lime wedge.

Rich with the robust flavors of Irish whiskey and topped with a dollop of creamy nostalgia, this serve is the perfect toast to St. Patrick’s Day and the spirit of the Emerald Isle.


  • 1.5 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 4 oz Variety Coffee’s Teeling Small Batch Roast
  • 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
  • Bar Spoon of Heavy Cream
  • Grated Nutmeg

Method: In a warmed glass, mix Teeling Whiskey, brewed coffee, syrup and stir to combine. Top with cream from the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
