Tom Holland Hosts Surprise Screening at Cinespia

Hollywood Nights and Tarantino Vibes…

There’s nothing quite like movie night under the stars in L.A.—unless, of course, it includes a Tarantino classic, surprise celebrity appearances, and one of the city’s most iconic backdrops. This past Saturday, Cinespia lit up the Hollywood Forever Cemetery with a special screening of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and the guest list was as starry as the night sky.

Presented by Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video and in true Tinseltown fashion, guests sprawled across picnic blankets with themed snacks and vintage attire, ready to immerse themselves in the golden age of Hollywood—through Quentin Tarantino’s lens, no less. But what no one expected? An appearance from Spider-Man himself.

Tom Holland, fresh off a string of international press stops and looking effortlessly cool in a button down, slacks, and a sweater, stepped up to the mic to surprise the audience with a warm welcome. As co-founder of BERO—the evening’s sponsor—Holland introduced the film with charm, humor, and a genuine appreciation for the cult-favorite venue.

But Tom wasn’t the only famous face in the crowd.

Emma Kenney, best known for her roles in Shameless and The Conners, was spotted taking in the film with friends, munching on popcorn and dressed in a retro-inspired brown look that gave nods to the film’s late-’60s aesthetic. TikTok heartthrob Noah Beck also made an appearance, drawing attention with his low-key look and easygoing energy. From rising stars to established names, the crowd was a who’s who of young Hollywood, blending right in with the enthusiastic cinephiles and film buffs that make Cinespia screenings so magical.

The night felt like a love letter to Los Angeles—Tarantino’s L.A., yes, but also today’s L.A.—full of possibility, nostalgia, and a shared passion for storytelling. Against the backdrop of palm trees, mausoleums, and the famous Fairbanks Lawn, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood took on a whole new resonance.

The screening itself, like all Cinespia events, was pure movie magic. Vintage trailers and curated music set the tone, while the crowd collectively gasped, laughed, and quoted along to Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio’s unforgettable performances. Throw in some themed photo booths, custom cocktails, and candy galore, and it was the kind of evening that could only happen in Los Angeles.

Tom Holland launched BERO, a premium non-alcoholic beer brand born out of his own journey with sobriety. Wanting to create a delicious, inclusive option for those who choose not to drink, Holland developed BERO to replicate the taste and experience of a great brew—minus the alcohol. The brand offers a range of styles, including a Golden Pils, a Hazy IPA, and a Wheat beer. More than just a beverage company, BERO is also positioning itself as an emerging hub for art, media, and tech—so it’s no surprise the brand chose to support a culturally iconic night like Saturday’s screening. While BERO hasn’t revealed what’s next, its involvement in the event hints at more creative, community-driven moments to come.

As the credits rolled and the crowd lingered under the soft glow of the projector, one thing was clear: Hollywood might be full of premieres, red carpets, and glitzy galas—but sometimes, the best nights are the ones that feel like summer camp for movie lovers. With blankets, popcorn, surprise celebrity cameos, and a classic film under the stars, Saturday night’s screening wasn’t just a movie—it was an experience.
