Wellness Meets Celebration at ARTHA’s West LA Friendsgiving

Last night, ARTHA Wellness Sanctuary gathered friends, members, and familiar faces for a warm and lively Friendsgiving preview of its NEW West Los Angeles location at The West Edge complex on W. Olympic Blvd. The evening marked an exciting moment for the beloved wellness brand as it prepares to bring its signature mix of holistic healing and cutting edge recovery therapies to a whole new pocket of the city.

On November 19th, ARTHA opened its doors for an intimate first look at the 7,500 square foot ARTHA West LA studio, which officially opens this December. Media, partners, and select guests had the chance to preview the expansive space, immerse themselves in ARTHA’s elevated atmosphere, and celebrate the fast growing wellness community that continues to fuel the brand’s success. The West Edge setting created the perfect backdrop for a night centered on connection, gratitude, and a shared love of modern healing.

The guest list was a vibrant mix of VIPs and wellness lovers. Dancing With The Stars’ Sharna Burgess stopped by with her son, who showed up as Jack Skellington to keep the Halloween energy going well into Friendsgiving week. Actor Ryan Phillippe also attended, along with Dr. Raj Kanodia, actress Sonia Mena of Tell Me Lies, and So You Think You Can Dance alum Olivia Alboher. Throughout the sanctuary, guests mingled with fellow ARTHA enthusiasts, founders, industry notables, and members of the ever expanding Los Angeles wellness scene.

Music by DJ Mer Bear set the tone from the moment guests arrived. Marvelous Creations delivered an eye catching and delicious charcuterie spread that quickly became a focal point of the room. Curated beverages flowed throughout the night thanks to Voss Water, Caliwater, Clean Juice, Perfect Amino electrolytes, and El Cristiano Tequila which previewed its new clean Mezcal. The mix of wellness driven partners and elevated treats gave the event a festive feel while staying perfectly aligned with ARTHA’s ethos of holistic living.

Guests were invited to tour the new West LA studio which will bring the full ARTHA experience to the West Side. Inside the sanctuary, attendees explored treatment rooms dedicated to therapies that have become ARTHA favorites. Infrared saunas glowed softly, the cryotherapy chamber stood ready for adrenaline seekers, and float therapy rooms showcased one of ARTHA’s most transformative practices. Staff members guided guests through the offerings that will soon be available daily once the studio opens to the public.

The new studio will introduce a comprehensive schedule of classes ranging from heated and non heated yoga to mat Pilates, HIIT, and sound bath sessions. A state of the art recovery wing will offer a Full Body LED Bed, cryotherapy, contrast therapy suites with sauna and cold plunge en suites, float therapy, and infrared saunas. Members will also be able to book exclusive therapeutic treatments such as massage, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and electromagnetic body sculpting. For moments of rest and grounding, a curated retail and lounge space will invite guests to slow down and reconnect before or after their sessions.

ARTHA’s expansion to West LA reflects the brand’s ongoing mission to blend ancient healing traditions with forward thinking non invasive wellness technology. The Studio City flagship continues to thrive, offering elevated treatments and in house medspa services through its partnership with Starr Medspa of Westlake Village and Beverly Hills. Now, the West Side community will gain access to the same high level of holistic support.

Founders Priyanka and Karan Khanna expressed their enthusiasm during the celebration. “We are so excited to finally open the West LA location. Going back to our West Hollywood roots, we always had an influx of members from the west side, so now we are able to bring our sanctuary to them, building our community of members due to geographic proximity and demand,” they shared. “Our Studio City flagship has become a flourishing wellness haven for our community, so we are looking forward to opening our West LA doors this holiday season to further expand the ARTHA family.”

Membership enrollment for ARTHA West LA is officially open. Founding memberships are available for a limited time at special pre opening rates, offering early access to classes, therapies, and exclusive programming. For those who prefer flexibility, single class options and individual treatments will also be available.

With its thoughtful space, leading edge therapies, and strong sense of community, ARTHA West LA is set to become the West Side’s next go to retreat for modern healing. The Friendsgiving preview captured the spirit of what ARTHA does best. It brings people together, encourages balance, and creates a sanctuary where wellness feels joyful, accessible, and beautifully designed for everyday life.
