Beauty Breakdown: How To Get Elizabeth Debicki’s Perfectly Straight Hairstyle Look From The Emmys

Not a hair out of place…

A classic beauty with her blonde hair and blue eyes, it is no wonder why Elizabeth Debicki was chosen to play the late Princess Diana in the Netflix show The Crown. Nominated for her role, Debicki graced the Emmys’ carpet in a classic custom Dior gown, a red so dark it appears Black in some lighting. The look came together by her stylist Elizabeth Saltzman. 

Debicki gave us an understated elegance, not only with her natural makeup glam done by Nina Park but also a simple hairstyle with her hair simply styled down with a middle part. However, the perfectly straightened hair that doesn’t show one fly away was not created through just a one step process.

Prepping the Hair

Adding to the actress’s already beautiful blonde hair, Quintero put in some long hair extensions. To help blend the extensions in, he used Style Flex Lab Hair Spray for some grip at the roots. It creates a hold without leaving behind too much stiffness.

Straightening And Smoothening The Hair

Now is time for the flat iron. After flat ironing Debicki’s hair as much as possible, he added the Frizz Vanishing Oil to her ends. This oil hydrates while also blocking humidity. Then, at the top of her hair, he added the Style Lab Control Hairspray to take away any flyaways.
