Gigi Hadid was one of the many style stars who turned heads at the 2024 Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala, aka the Met Gala.
For the “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” theme and “The Garden of Time” dress code, the supermodel walked the red carpet in a breathtaking white off-the-shoulder corset dress by Thom Browne featuring exaggerated hips, layered silk moiré skirt with black duchesse satin tipping and adorned with 3D yellow roses.
According to the designer, the entire look took a team of more than 70 people over 13,500 hours to make entirely by hand.
For glam, Gigi channeled legendary actress Marilyn Monroe, serving a retro blonde bob hairdo along with a bold red lip, lush lashes, rosesy cheeks and glowing skin.
Before hitting the red carpet, the 29-year-old shared the secret to her flawless complexion. In an Instagram video, Gigi showed herself prepping her Met Gala skin with a unique treatment mask from celebrity facialist Mimi Luzon.
