Freeform celebrated the Season 2 premiere of Cruel Summer on May 31, with a nostalgic Y2K-themed event in Los Angeles’ Elysian Park, transporting guests back to the years of 1999 & 2000 in the Pacific Northwest where they were welcomed to the show’s lakeside town of Chatham.

Once concluded, a themed reception kept the nostalgia of Y2K flowing throughout the evening with music from 1999 and 2000 at a New Year’s Eve-themed party.
The event featured appearances by the series’ executive producers Jessica Biel and Michelle Purple, as well as cast members Sadie Stanley, Lexi Underwood, Griffin Gluck, KaDee Strickland, Lisa Yamada, Sean Blakemore and Braeden De La Garza.
