At a private residence in Beverly Hills on Oct. 19, Casamigos supported the 5th annual Ambassadors for Peace Gala which honored Liev Shreiber, Kat Graham and other leading entertainment executives for their humanitarian efforts.
The Ambassadors for Peace Gala celebrates prominent members of the entertainment industry who have come together to promote the arts as a means for peace. Guests, including Will.i.am and others enjoyed a delightful evening of dinner, delicious Casamigos cocktails and music by Tori Kelly.
The Creative Community for Peace also recognized entertainment attorney Aaron Rosenberg, (whose clients include Jennifer Lopez and John Legend), Saban Music Latin CEO Gustavo Lopez and Epic Records president Ezekiel Lewis.
Paying tributes to the honorees in video packages were Helen Mirren, Daniel Craig, John Legend, Swizz Beatz, Meghan Trainor, Ciara, Ryan Seacrest, Haim Saban, Deepak Chopra and Justin Tranter, among others.
In the wake of the brutal Hamas attacks in Israel earlier this month, Graham talked about her “deeply personal” fight against antisemitism as a descendant of European Jews who fled during the Holocaust.
“Hatred has no place in this world And it’s crucial that we all stand together against it,” the actress said in her acceptance speech. “Art has a unique ability to transcend language and cultural barriers. It can and must foster empathy and encourage dialogue.”
