Miley Cyrus Goes Back To Brunette For The First Time In Over 10 Years

Miley Cyrus is back to being a brunette, and it’s making everyone nostalgic. 

The artist posted on Instagram over the weekend to congratulate Sabato De Sarno on his new Gucci collection.The “Used To Be Young” singer posted film-like images shot by Pat Pedraja on her feed, dressed in dark colors with an extremely contrasting red handbag. 

“@sabatods Congratulations on your beautiful debut show as creative director @Gucci,” Cyrus captioned the photos. Your stunning heart was shown in every stitch. I love you & am so proud. Now give me everything.”

However, followers were not talking about the new Gucci collection, but rather the new dark brown hair color the singer was sporting. Before, the “Wrecking Ball” artist had a two tone brown and blonde style and before that, was completely blonde. This is the first time since Cyrus has been a brunette, and people are loving it. 

One fan commented “OMG YOU ARE TOTALLY BROWN AGAIN. FINALLY. I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT FOR LIKE 10 YEARS” Another fan shared the same sentiment commenting, “welcome to the dark side again sis.” Some even showed their excitement posting gifs of young Miley in her “Party in the USA” era. 

It’s definitely a time of nostalgia for the “Flowers” singer, as her latest single “Used to be Young” shares about navigating between different stages of life. In a statement, Cyrus wrote “I feel proud when reflecting on my past and optimistic when thinking about the future. I am grateful to my loyal fans who make my dreams a reality daily. I am sincerely thankful for the stability of your steadfast support. This song is for you.”
