‘Twas the week before Christmas and all through LA, partygoers were feeling festive and ready to sleigh.
Whether you are looking to dance ’til dawn or double down on your Naughty List status, you know Loop has a pulse on what’s happening around town.
From an epic pajama party to a silent disco, check out our carefully curated list of what’s going down on LA nightlife scene the week of Dec. 18-24.
Kaskade Christmas at the Orpheum Theatre
Kaskade is undeniably one of the most famous DJ, music producer and remixers on the American music scene. Hailing from Chicago, the Grammy-nominated artist has headlined Ultra Music Festival in Miami and Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, as well played Coachella. This week, except lit three shows from him at the Orpheum Theatre. Considering Kaskade has released two Christmas album in the past, fans can expect a fun, festive set of electro music each night.
When: Tuesday Dec. 19, Wednesday Dec. 20 and Thursday, Dec. 21 at 7:30 p.m.

USC Jingle Ball Pre Christmas Jam
Schools are all done and its Winter Break so get ready to turn up with LA’s hottest collegiate crowd at USC Jingle Ball, the official SoCal pre Christmas jam. The party is going down at Don Quixote, a brand new nightclub/concert venue boasting an impeccable design, state of the art sound and light production, LED wall and two floors or dancing. The biggest college Christmas party in LA (18+) will feature SoCal’s best DJs playing Top 40, house music, hip hop and reggaeton. Everyone is $5 until 10:30 p.m. with free RSVP. 21+ free until 11 p.m.

Hollywood Nights: New School w/Silent Disco at Station1640
“Silent Night, Hella Fun Night”…..This Friday, head to Station1640 for a Hollywood Nights Silent Disco party at Station1640. Inside, DJs will be spinning New School tunes by the pop, R&B and hip hop legends of our generation like Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Cardi B, Jack Harlow and many more. Outdoor on the patio, the Silent Disco continues with three channels of the hottest underground DJs in SoCal playing EDM, trap and dubstep. Entrance is free with RSVP til 11 p.m. + one free drink.

Feels So Close – Holiday Edition at Avalon
Feels So Close: Holiday Edition is going down this Friday at Avalon in Hollywood. The dance party will celebrate the golden era of EDM, inspired by the music of Calvin Harris, SHM, Kaskade, ZEDD, Martin Garrix, AVICII and more.

Corazon Xmas Party W/ Mariah Carey Drag Tribute at Micky’s Weho
Mariah Carey may be the official queen of Christmas but since she is a busy little snow bunny this time of year, head to Micky’s WeHo‘s Corazon Xmas Party, featuring an “All I Want For Christmas” tribute performance by Tik Tok Star and viral Mariah Carey impersonator Aurelio Sanchez. The holly jolly night will also feature the hottest Latin beats by live a DJ, two caliente dance floors, #Trophyboy Go-Go’s by Andrew Christian, drag celebrities and after hours dancing until 4 a.m..

10th Annual Pajama Party at Melrose Umbrella Co.
Bust out the jammies because Melrose Umbrella Co. is back with its annual holiday Pajama Party. Now in its 10th year, the fun festive bar night will feature Christmas cocktails, a “PJ DJ” and plenty of holiday cheer. Pajamas are required or entry so don’t be a Grinch.

Matzoball, the nations #1 holiday party is back and coming in Los Angeles for its 37th year. Nobody can do it bigger or better than Matzoball and this year will prove to be no different. Except a hot crowd, live DJs and dancing til 2 a.m. at Booty Bellows.
