Everyone needs a caffeine fix, especially us nightlife warriors, and what better way to get that than with a killer cocktail. From rich Espresso Martinis to smooth Irish Coffees, get your buzz on with these boozy brew-infused drinks.

Mercer + Prince Espresso Martini

Let’s be honest, there is no cocktail more popular on the scene right now than the Espresso Martini. Check out this classic recipe using A$AP Rocky‘s Mercer + Prince whiskey.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Mercer + Prince  
  • 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua or Mr. Black)  
  • 2 oz. Cold Brew Espresso (or Iced Coffee)  

Method: Add ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake to combine/chill. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with three espresso beans.  

Caramel Cold Brew Martini

For a sweet treat with a major buzz, check out the Caramel Cold Brew Martini using Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey as a base.

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 0.5 parts Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 2 parts Stout
  • 0.5 parts Cold Brew

Method: Chill a large coupe glass with ice. Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake hard. Strain into a small shaker and dry shake hard. Toss ice in glass and double strain. Garnish with chocolate powder.

Roe & Co Irish Coffee

Celebrate everyday like it’s St. Patrick’s Day and mix up a traditional Irish Coffee using the new contemporary whiskey blend Roe & Co, inspired by the once world-famous George Roe & Co Distillery in Dublin.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Roe & Co
  • 2 tsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Hot or Cold Brewed coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Method:

HOT: Add Hot coffee and sugar, stir and mix well. Once combined, add the Roe & Co Irish Whiskey. Top with Whipped Cream.

COLD: Mix sugar and cold brew coffee well. Stir in Roe & Co. Irish Whiskey and pour over ice ice-filled Irish coffee mug. Top with Whipped Cream.

Tequila Espresso Martini

Think tequila and coffee don’t mix? Think again. The Tequila Espresso Martini, using Cincoro Reposado Tequila, is a creative spin on the basic espresso martini and really packs a punch. Find this drink on a special menu at The Loews Miami Beach Hotel on National Espresso Martini Day (March 15).

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Cincoro Reposado Tequila
  • 1 Shot Espresso, Freshly Pulled and Slightly Cooled
  • 0.75 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • Dash of Agave
  • 3 Coffee Beans for Garnish

Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until very cold. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Carajillo 

Similar to Irish coffee, a Carajillo is a coffee drink that is typical of Spain and several Latin American countries. This version is a simple two-ingredients sipper made with Licor 43 Spanish liqueur and espresso. The Carajillo will also be served at The Loews Miami Beach Hotel on National Espresso Martini Day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Licor 43
  • 2 oz. Espresso
  • Espresso Beans for Garnish 

Method: Shake ingredient over ice. Pour over fresh ice. Garnish with espresso beans.

Everglades By Santa Teresa 1796

Take your cold brew obsession to the next level with the Everglades, an iced coffee cocktail infused with rosemary syrup, lime juice and Santa Teresa 1796 rum.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Santa Teresa 1796
  • 1.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1 oz Rosemary Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Method: Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into glass. Add ice and garnish with dehydrated lime slice and rosemary.

Casa Espresso Martini

A pick me up with a punch, Casamigos‘ Casa Espresso Martini will jolt you to good time, no matter what time you knock it back.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
  • 0.75 oz. Fresh Brewed Espresso
  • 0.75 oz. Licor 43
  • 0.5 oz. Coffee Liqueur by Mr. Black
  • 0.5 oz. Egg White or Aquafaba*
  • Optional: 4 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • Garnish: 3 Coffee Beans

Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 4-6 seconds. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish.

*For Egg White – Make sure to properly store and keep refrigerated at all times. Aquafaba is an egg white substitute and vegan friendly.

Cold Brew Old Fashioned

Made with Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, this handsome Cold Brew Old Fashioned is sure to warm up anyone on a chilly night.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Mr Black
  • 1 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Method: Combine ingredients. Pour over ice and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.

Hickory Chicory Doc

Asian-inspired, wood-fired hotspot KYU, with restaurants in New York City, Miami and Las Vegas, offers an “On The Wagon” NA cocktail menu inspired by sober corporate executive chef Chris Arellanes. Our favorite is the Hickory Chicory Doc, which is a hot take on a NA espresso martini, made with Lyre’s Coffee, Lyre’s orange, chickory, pomelo and vanilla cold brew, vanilla syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Lyre’s Coffee
  • 0.25 oz Lyre’s Orange
  • 1.5 Vanilla Cold Brew
  • 0.5 Vanilla Syrup
  • Chickory
  • Pomelo

Method: Combine batches into shaker. Add ice, shake hard. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans and orange powder rim.

A decadent desert-inspired sipper, this Chocolate Espresso Martini is made with Mozart Chocolate Coffee Liqueur and vodka, making it the richest liquid treat. This chocolate concoction will also be served at The Loews Miami Beach Hotel on National Espresso Martini Day.

  • 2 oz Mozart Chocolate Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 0.5 oz Cream
  • Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans for Garnish

Method: In an iced mixing tin, combine ingredients. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with chocolate covered espresso beans
