Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Gran Coramino Cristalino
- 0.5 oz. Agave Syrup
- 0.75 oz. Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz. Watermelon Juice

Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz. American Harvest Organic Vodka
- 0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 0.5 oz. Olive Brine
Method: Stir & strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three olives.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Aperol (0.5 oz for less bitterness)
- 0.5 oz. Agave (11-15g)
- 0.75 oz. Lemon (22g)
- 0.5 oz Water
- 2 oz. Southbound Tequila Blanco
- 0.25 oz. Egg Whites
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. (Dry shake or use a frother tool to mix and to get egg white frothy). After frothy, add plenty of ice and shake for 30 seconds. Use a bar strainer to pour into a glass.
