From there, I went all in. The Linden Burger arrived stacked with scallion slaw, french onions, white cheddar, and lemon garlic aioli, rich and indulgent in the best way. I also ordered the For Goodness Steak, an 8oz NY Strip served with pomme purée and wilted spinach. Every dish felt thoughtful, elevated, and satisfying without being overly fussy. Linden sets the tone for a night that feels special but still fun.
