Invite Only…
Loop Mag got the VIP treatment when we dropped by the Godfrey Hotel Hollywood—and who better to roll out the red carpet than Tiffany Young, the hotel’s sparkling Sales Director and resident queen of hospitality. From hidden gems to rooftop views, Tiffany gave us the ultimate insider tour of this stylish, upscale escape tucked in the heart of Tinseltown.

Welcome to About Last Knife (ALK)
Our day kicked off at About Last Knife—or ALK for those in the know. Nestled right in the hotel lobby, ALK serves up breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a whole vibe. Think: live jazz on Saturdays, daily happy hours, and themed specials like “Burgers & Beers” on Wednesdays. There’s even a chic tea service Sunday through Friday that’s giving elevated meets cozy. “It’s elegant and classy, but with a modern twist,” Tiffany says with a smile. “It’s really all about the personal touch.”

Room Secrets and Hollywood Views
Next, Tiffany let us in on some of the Godfrey’s best-kept secrets—like the fact that each standard room offers two distinct views: one of the city and one of iconic Hollywood. Whether you’re crashing in a plush king or spreading out in two queen beds, every room includes streaming-ready TVs, Illy coffee, a complimentary mini fridge, and yes, even a robe for that full Hollywood starlet fantasy.
Tiffany’s personal favorite? The 19 Series. “I travel with makeup and accessories, so the bathroom counter space in this room is a dream,” she tells us. And honestly, we get it.
Chill at the Element Lounge
When it’s time to shift gears into lounge mode, head to the Element Lounge. Whether you’re working remotely, snacking, sipping, or playing ping pong or chess (Tiffany warns she’s unbeatable), the space is designed to be equal parts productive and playful. Open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, it’s a sun-soaked sanctuary that doesn’t skimp on the perks.

Hollywood’s Largest Rooftop? Say Less.
Let’s talk about I|O, the crown jewel of the Godfrey. Every Godfrey property features an indoor/outdoor concept, and the Hollywood location just so happens to host the largest rooftop in the city. With panoramic views, a pool, live music, dancing, and enough space to host 750 guests, I|O is as grand as it is glamorous. Tiffany lights up as she recalls standout moments—like hosting an Oscar gifting suite in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, raising awareness and funds for victims of the LA fires.
Another event close to Tiffany’s heart? Adopt a Shelter Day with Paw Works. “I keep track of the dogs that visit the hotel. If they don’t get adopted, I foster them myself until they find a loving home,” she shares. Cue the collective awww.
In the Neighborhood: Where Tiffany Dines and Unwinds
No car? No problem. The Godfrey’s prime location means you can walk to some of the city’s most beloved hotspots. Tiffany’s picks? Grandmaster Recorders for an unforgettable meal, TAO for a glam night out, and Katana for next-level sushi. She’s also big on boutique restaurants and vegan-friendly spots like Superba, just steps away.
Plus, for those looking to shop the look, the neighborhood’s got something for every taste—from fashion finds to stylish accessories.
Come See It For Yourself
From curated cocktails at ALK to rooftop sunsets at I|O, the Godfrey is more than a hotel—it’s a full-on Hollywood experience. “We want guests to leave feeling like they were part of something special,” says Tiffany. “And hopefully, come back for more.”
Whether you’re planning a luxe staycation, scouting your next rooftop soirée spot, or just popping in for tea, the Godfrey Hotel Hollywood is where elevated style meets warm, personal hospitality.
So next time you’re in town, take a cue from Loop Mag—stop by for a site inspection, say hi to Tiffany, and discover the hotel that’s redefining what it means to stay in Hollywood.
