On the Red Carpet At The 26th Annual HollyRod DesignCare Gala

Hollywood turned out for HollyRod….
HollyRod, a nonprofit founded by Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete that is dedicated to raising awareness and providing resources to families that have a loved one who has received an autism or Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis, returned for its annual DesignCare Gala at a private residence in Los Angeles.
The 26th annual event honored actress Viola Davis, who was presented the Jacqueline Avant HollyRod Humanitarian Award by Kelly Rowland.
Some of the famous faces in attendance included Magic Johnson, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais, Queer Eye alum Karamo Brown, actress Yvette Nicole Brown, actress Rocsi Diaz, WWE star Titus O’Neil, and the Co-CEO of Netflix Ted Sarandos and Nicole Avant.

Additionally, the event honored Dr. Chantale Branson with the Muhammad Ali Trailblazer Award, Camille Proctor and Nadine Wright-Arbubakkr with the Karen E. Smith Angel on the Path Award, Jason McElwain and Morgan Harper Nichols with the HollyRod Hero Award, Eric Aquino with the Matthew Robinson Jr. Award of Courage, and Julian Maha and Michele Kong with the HollyRod Corporate Champion Award.
The gala also featured sounds from special guests After 7 along with the fashion of renowned designer Frederick Anderson.

The gala was once again co-hosted by the nonprofit’s founders, Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete, and celebrated 26 years of advocacy and support for the autism and Parkinson’s communities, sponsored by the BeyGOOD Foundation.
