Paris Hilton Recreates Iconic 21st Birthday Look In Las Vegas

Paris Hilton served up a major blast from the past moment while performing an exclusive DJ set in Las Vegas.

For the big night, the “Stars Are Blind” singer rocked a slinky silver sparkly minidress, similar to the iconic chainmail dress she wore to celebrate her 21st birthday back in 2002.

Paris’ original bday dress was designed by Julian Macdonald and was styled with strappy high-heeled sandals, a thick diamond choker, pink traincase and butterfly hair clips. 

The 2023 version of the dress comes from the London label Poster Girl and featured a drippy cowl neckline and sexy side ties. This time around, Paris accessorized the flirty frock with silver sparkly ankle boots, mesh fingerless gloves, shield-style sunglasses and another blinged out choker. 

Paris—who welcomed her first child, a son named Phoenix,  with husband Carter Reum in January—performed at the Allegiant Stadium in part of  Hilton’s Ignite The Light Leadership Conference in Sin City. The heiress turned DJ opened for headline Katy Perry.
