It’s time to fall. As the seasons change so do our closets but chiefly, our skincare regime. NewMARK model, Shelby Bay, knows exactly how it’s done and she gives us all the bare essentials to prepare for said fall.

1. Simple Morning/Evening Skin Routine
In the mornings, Shelby uses cold water to liven up the day with Clean & Clear Morning Burst Facial Cleanser. Then tops it off with Josie Maran Bright Skin Vitamin C Serum (like a mimosa but for your face).
In the evenings, she uses coconut oil [from Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s] to take off her makeup then heats things up with hot water and Fresh Sugar Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash. Josie Maran makes another appearance in Shelby’s skincare routine but as the Argan Smooth Skin Resurfacing Serum. Set everything in with a moisturizer then add in the zzz’s.

2. The Must-Haves: Go-To Moisturizers and Sunscreen for Fall

3. Prettiest Color Palette To Fall In Love With
Shelby isn’t a frequent eyeshadow gal, but when she does wear it, she loves orange tones for fall! The Naked Honey Eyeshadow Palette is one of her favorites. She is a fan of Urban Decay’s Naked palettes in general because for the price, you get a wide range of different shadows and options—aka more bang for your buck. Shelby also loves the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerise shadow creams. They’re the epitome of being the prettiest and easiest to use!

4. Easiest Hairdo That Fall(s) Like A Breeze
Shelby Bay: My favorite hairstyle to do right now is sort of a half up + half down. It only works really well when your hair is a little dirty! It works even better if you curled it the day or two before (I have naturally very straight hair)
STEP 1: Take a little section of bangs on each side of your part (I have a middle part)
STEP 2: Leaving the bangs pieces out – start with your pointer fingers right behind your ears and pull all of that top half of your hair back. Put that into a pony. It’s okay if it looks a little messy, that’s kind of the style!
STEP 3: When it’s in the ponytail, pull it tight and up a few times so it’s sort of flaring out!
I like this hairstyle because I’m not a super big fan of my ears, so I don’t wear my hair up in a tight pony very often. This style allows me to keep most of my hair out of my way, while still looking chic. 🙂

5. Lipstick, Chapstick, Or Both? Share Some Favorites!
Shelby Bay: Lip LINER. I love a natural lip liner moment. My favorite is Naked2 by Urban Decay!
SB: For chapstick I love anything by the brand SUGAR.
SB: I have been into gloss lately though because a makeup artist used the “Fenty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer” on me. My favorite shade is shimmering rose nude. It has a little natural tint and sparkle in it.. and it tastes amazing.
She got me at taste so that Fenty sounds like a must-try.
