Whether you are coupled up or flying solo, cheers the lovey-dovey holiday with one of these cupid-approved cocktails you can make at home.
A Kiss From A Rose
The perfect way to start the night, A Kiss From A Rose sparkles with its vibrant color paired with the round flavor of Grey Goose for a cocktail.
Ingredients:
- .5 oz. GREY GOOSE Vodka
- .75 oz. Rose Water Simple Syrup
- .5 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 oz. Rose Champagne
- Rose or Berry Sorbet
- Basil Leaf
Method: Shake and strain over the center of rose or berry sorbet. Top with champagne. Garnish with a basil leaf.
Ruby Romance
A harmonious blend of rich whiskey, luscious ruby port, and a hint of Angostura bitters, the Ruby Romance, made with Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey, is an elegant perfect elixir to accompany a romantic evening of intimate conversations.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz. Ruby Port
- .5 oz. Apricot Brandy
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method: Fill a small Coupe glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass. Stir all the ingredients over ice until chilled. Toss ice and fine strain into Coupe glass. Express orange oil onto the surface of the drink.
Pink French 75
The Pink French 75, made with Martini & Rossi Rosé and Bombay Sapphire Gin is a light and refreshing drink that’s perfect to sip alongside a charcuterie spread.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Martini & Rossi Rosé
- 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
- .5 oz. Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
Method: Mix all ingredients except for Rose in a shaker and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Bee Mine
This buzzy Aberfeldy 12-based Bee Mine is sure to spice up your night made with infused cacao nibs, espresso and wildflower honey syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Aberfeldy 12
- 1 oz. Espresso
- 0.5 oz. Salted Honey Syrup*
- 3 Espresso Beans and Gold Shimmer for garnish
Method: Add Aberfeldy 12, salted honey and espresso to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with three espresso beans for health, wealth and happiness.
Love Infused Highlander
A classic ode to a Rob Roy, the Dewar’s 12 Year Old-based Love Infused Highlander is perfect to share with the one that is infused in your heart
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Dewar’s 12 Year Old
- .75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method: Add the scotch, sweet vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or cocktail glass. Garnish with speared brandied cherries.
Cupid’s Potion
Get ready to be struck by Cupid’s Potion and swoon sip after sip! Made with love from the mixologists at Westgate Myrtle Beach
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. of Wheatley vodka
- 1.5 oz, of Cranberry Juice
- 0.5 oz. of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz. of Fresh Raspberry Syrup
- Garnished with a Red Sugar Rim & Fresh Raspberry
Method: Prepare martini glasses with a red sugar rim and place in freezer to chill. Pour 2 oz. of Wheatley vodka, 1.5 oz. of cranberry juice, 0.5 ounce of fresh lemon juice and 0.75 oz. of fresh raspberry syrup into a mixing tin. Shake together and then pour into a chilled, sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top off with a fresh raspberry garnish.
The Enigma
This Valentine’s Day, Gran Coramino created The Enigma cocktail which features tequila, cherry agave, lemon and more. It’s a sweet but tart cocktail that’s approachable enough to mix up without breaking a sweat.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Gran Coramino Cristalino
- .5 oz. Averna
- .5 oz. Cherry Agave
- 1 oz. Lemon
- 2 dashes Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Method: Chill coupe by placing in the freezer 20 minutes before you prepare. Create the Cherry agave by whisking a half a cup of cherry juice and a half a cup of agave until mixed. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, then add ice and shake for 6-8 seconds. Double strain “up” (no ice) into the chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry.
Scarlet Heart
The gorgeous Scarlet Heart cocktail features Eric LeGrand Bourbon, blackberry puree, lychee juice, gold flakes and more.
Ingredients:
- 1.75 oz. LeGrand Whiskey
- .5 oz. Cherry Heering liqueur
- .5 oz. Egg White
- .5 oz. Blackberry puree
- .75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Lychee Juice
- .5 Demerera Simple Syrup
- Gold Flakes dusted on our Berry garnish
Method: Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir the mixture in the ice to chill it. Strain the cocktail out of the mixing glass into a shaker. Dry shake the cocktail very vigorously to make sure it gets that nice foam top (no ice inside shaker just liquids). Pour cocktail into coupe glassware over ice cube. Dust Berry Garnish with gold flakes. Lay garnish over an ice cube
Heartwarmer
In the Heartwarmer, BACARDÍ’s traditional tropical beachside notes are mixed with the perfect flavors of love – cranberry, apple, and raspberry. Served warm, it’s the perfect cocktail for cozying up on a cold night.
Ingredients:
- 35 ml. BACARDÍ Spiced
- 10 ml. Raspberry Syrup
- 50 ml. Warm Apple Juice
- 25 ml. Cream
Method: Heat the rum, syrup, and apple juice. Pour into a heat-proof vessel. Float the cream and garnish with grated nutmeg (we suggest to use a heart-shaped stencil!)
You Up?
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Codigo 1530 Rosa
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 Raspberries muddled
- Raspberry Garnish
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker and strain into a glass. Garnish with raspberries.
Cupid’s Arrow
Using Noilly Prat Original Dry, a French vermouth, Cupid’s Arrow is a unique citrus sipper topped with a rosemary spring for garnish.
Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz Noilly Prat Original Dry
- .75 oz Blood Orange Juice
- .25 oz Lemon
- .25 oz Demerara Syrup (2:1)
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- Fresh Rosemary Sprig
Method: Build in Collins glass, swizzle with crushed ice, add crushed ice to top. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig
Lucky Hearts Club
Lobos 1707’s Lucky Hearts Club is bright and bubbly tequila cocktail that will have any imbiber feeling lucky this Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Lobos 1707 Reposado Tequila
- 1.5 oz. Rosé Prosecco
- .5 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz. Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 5 Raspberries
- Rose Water (optional)
Method: Combine raspberries and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle into a pulp. Add Lobos Reposado, pineapple juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously to chill and froth up pineapple juice. Pour cold Rosé prosecco into a chilled coupe glass. Fine strain contents of cocktail shaker into glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries on a pick. Finish cocktail with a spritz or two of rose water from an atomizer.
