How Model Gabrielle Adrian Sets Up Her Home To Host An Intimate Get-Together

To get on model Gabrielle Adrian’s guest list, you have to love dancing and tequila.
When she isn’t traveling for shoots and shows, 24-year-old swimwear and fashion model Gabrielle Adrian enjoys entertaining at home. “I love hosting get-togethers and gatherings in general. Bringing people together, whether it’s virtually or in person, is so important in life,” she says.
Three years ago, Gabrielle graduated from Ohio State University and signed with NewMark Models, a boutique talent agency in Los Angeles, to pursue a career in front of the camera. She’s since been booked for top runway shows during Miami Swim Week and modeled for Victoria Secret.
We’ve tapped Gabrielle for her tips on how to set up your home for an intimate get-together with friends.
How do you prepare your home when entertaining friends?
I love a clean house, so I make sure the space is warm, cozy and inviting. I always carry my bluetooth speaker with me wherever I go, so of course [I’ll have] some soft ambient music playing — one of my favorites is tropical chill EDM or chill House. I love a good charcuterie board and wine. I am obsessed with candles and setting the vibes with ambient lights. Some of my best memories are game nights, getting competitive and endlessly laughing.
What details can make a night-in with friends memorable?
To make a gathering memorable, I think it’s important for your vibe to attract your tribe. Surround yourself with positive energy and genuine people, and you’ll always have a great time. But if I were to pick an item, you have to be on team tequila!
Do you have a go-to cocktail you can mix at home?
I love a glass of Pinot noir if it’s a girls night, and a skinny spicy margarita for more of an exciting group setting.
How do we get on your guest list?
To be on Gabby’s guest list, you must dance with me for a few songs. I must say, I am not the best shuffler, but I do try. So just be willing to be inclusive, silly and light-hearted!

Soul Sacrifice by Dombresky, Show Me Love by Sam Feldt and Middle by DJ Snake.
What’s your secret to posting a fire selfie at home?
My LED panel or standing in front of a window, shooting on my Canon G5XII and simple backgrounds.
What are your go-to snacks that you have to have when hosting?
Veggies and hummus, charcuterie boards and dark chocolate covered strawberries.
For a night-in, do you dress up or dress down?
Lately, I take any opportunity I get to dress up. So, if I am hosting a gathering, it’s glam time.
What’s your favorite part of a virtual music festival?
Glam, wine and dancing. There are no lines or long Ubers home, and it’s an intimate friend setting.
