Blink, and you miss it; summer is starting to wind down, but the Los Angeles nightlife scene is hotter than ever. Whether you want to get lit or dance ’til dawn, you know Loop always has a pulse on what’s good.
Check out what’s going down in LA this week, from a brat dance party to a glow-in-the-dark rave.
Trópico Tuesdays at La Cita Bar
Inside La Cita, it’s always muy calienté, With Cumbia and reggaeton music pumping, palm trees swaying, and Hawaiian leis being passed around the club, Trópico Tuesdaysis by far the best thing to do on a Tuesday night in DTLA. Held on LA’s favorite Latin dance floor and hosted by DJ Nativity and The Portuguese Lover, Trópico Tuesdays features the best in tropical music including merengue, hip hop and house- making the night feel like a fiesta at an island getaway. MC Barlos rocks the party as these seasoned DJs play the hits from past to present. Trópico Tuesdays is free and every Tuesday, come experience the vacation you so sorely deserve.

Alice Smith – An LA Residency at The Peppermint Club

Guts World Tour Party at The Vermont
Definitely not a bad idea, right? This Thursday, Club 90s presents Guts World Tour Party, an Olivia Rodrigo-themed dance party going down at The Vermont.

Pirate Party at Lawless Brewing Co.
Avast ye mateys! Lawless Brewing Co. is hosting a swashbuckling pirate-themed party, part of the Sketch by Sketkh Figure Drawing collection. The event will feature two live costumed models, and guests will have the chance to flex their artistic skills. Don’t worry if you’re not a pro. Professional illustrator Sketkh Williams will be on hand to guide aspiring artists through a series of timed poses in an inspiring, creative workout for all skill levels. All you need is a pencil and paper!
At the party, guests will also have the chance to visit local vendors and hunt for treasure amongst their pirate-themed wares, try fresh in-house Lawless brews, nibble on sourdough pizza from Cosecha Woodfired Pizza, nominate friends to walk the plank, and enjoy live music by The Sea Miners band. Guests who wear their best-plundered finery can enter the costume contest and have their portrait made at a photo booth.

To celebrate 818 Day, honoring the famed area code and the people of the San Fernando Valley, Westfield Topanga will host weekend-long festivities at its new foodie destination, Topanga Social. Get ready for an action-packed, free lineup of events and promotions featuring live music, delicious eats, refreshing drinks, and plenty of good vibes.
Attendees can expect an 818 Tequila tent, a Tarantula Hill Brewing tent, a Cilantro Lime burrito eating competition, Valley Pride decorations, DJ sets, yard games, Topanga Social street dogs and more.

Live DJ Workout Classes at Training Mate
Ready to mix up your gym routine? This weekend and next, spice up your workout at Training Mate and pregame your Saturday brunch with a sweaty social hour!
