Cozy Cocktails To Mix Up This Fall

Autumn-approved sips…….
The leaves may not change here in L.A., but when temps dip down to the 70s, you know it’s fall. So time to swap out those summer mojitos and sangria for some warmer, richer libations.
With ingredients including apple cider and maple syrup, check out these cozy cocktails to mix up this fall.

El Pueblo by Javier Martinez
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Cantera Negra Reposado Tequila
- ÂĽ parts Ancho Reyes
- ½ parts Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
- Garnish: Orange Peel
Method: Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir for about 20 seconds. Pour over a large ice cube. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Autumn In New York
Ingredients:Â
- 2 parts Hudson Whiskey Rye Short Stack
- ½ part Fresh Lemon Juice
- ÂĽ part Real Maple Syrup
- 2 parts Fresh Apple Cider
Method:Â Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake briefly to combine & chill. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with apple slices.

Got ApricaughtÂ
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ parts Hendrick’s Gin
- ½ part Blanc Vermouth
- ½ part Apricot Liqueur
- 2 dash Angostura BittersÂ
- Orange Twist, Grated Nutmeg and Star Anise to garnish
Method: Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass over ice. Stir well and garnish with an orange twist, star anise and grated nutmeg.
Spice Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ parts Milagro Añejo TequilaÂ
- 3 parts Taza Guajillo Chili Chocolate
- Heavy Cream
- 1 Pinch Chili PowderÂ
- Chocolate ShavingsÂ
Method:Â Pour all ingredients into a mug and stir. Top with whipped cream and chili chocolate shavings.
Hot Tully CiderÂ
Ingredients:Â Â
- 2 parts Tullamore DEW Original
- 6 parts Hot Apple CiderÂ
- ½ part Honey
- Garnishes: Cinnamon Stick & Star AniseÂ
Method: Preheat a toddy glass with very hot water. Heat apple cider in a kettle or in the microwave. Empty glass and add Tullamore DEW Original. Add honey and top with hot apple cider. Stir well. To garnish, add a cinnamon stick and star anise.
Steam Engine
Ingredients:Â Â
- 2 parts Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon
- ½ part Bénédictine
- Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Expressed Orange Peel
Method:Â Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a Rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
Black Barrell Tequila Old Fashioned
Ingredients:Â
- 1 ½ parts Hornitos Black Barrel
- 1Â part Simple Syrup
- ½ part Amaro Liqueur
- 2 dashes Bitters
Method: Combine simple Syrup, Hornitos Black Barrel Tequila, Amaro and Bitters. Add ice and stir. Strain over fresh ice and garnish your Tequila Old Fashioned with an orange peel.
Apple Spice Â
Ingredients:Â
- 2 oz Mercer + Prince Whisky by A$AP Rocky
- ½ oz Apple Jack BrandyÂ
- ½ oz All Spice DramÂ
- Dash of BittersÂ
Method: Add ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice + store together to combine/chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with apple slices + a blackberryÂ
Creamy Caramel Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Smirnoff Kissed Caramel
- ½ oz Butterscotch LiqueurÂ
- Caramel
- Cherry
Method: Combine Smirnoff Kissed Caramel and butterscotch liqueur in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Drizzle with caramel and garnish with a cherry
Shades of Gray by Sebastian Guerrero
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Gray Whale Gin
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- Â Âľ oz Cream of Coconut
- ½ oz Allspice Dram
- ½ oz Banana Liqueur
- ½ oz Amaro Nonino
- Fresh Mint Sprig, Grated Nutmeg and Orange Wheel for garnish
Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig, grated nutmeg and orange wheel.
The Vibrante Negroni Sbagliato
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Martini & Rossi non-alcoholic Vibrante
- 1 oz Martini & Rossi Rosso
- 1 oz Martini & Rossi DOC Prosecco
Method: Combine the Vibrante and Rosso in a rocks glass with ice. Stir and top with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.
